Italian Destination Weddings

Life here acts to follow its proud past, without leaving behind the simplicity of fishermen villages. Having a Champagne toast on the boat, while reaching your secret corner where reception has been set is an example of what we can plan here: an intimate wedding with a taste of glamour and viceversa.

Thanks to its closeness to one of the main airport in Italy and Milan, lake region is easily accessible and allows a soon after honeymoon all over Italy.

Lake Orta is the ultimate destination for a fairy-tale wedding. Its romance has inspired artists, poets and writers from all over the world for centuries and for lovers it is hopelessly romantic. A sense of past immediately wraps you as you arrive here, thanks to its narrow cobbled streets, lined with pastel colored houses and opulent palaces. The town of Orta San Giulio is also the only Italian lakes’ car-free town and its rare island (which can be observed from Orta’s main square) makes you wonder to take a boat and reach it. Here brides have unique occasion to celebrate a civil ceremony in a beautiful terraced garden on the lake shore arriving with a romantic little rowing boat or a catholic blessing on the top of a hill overlooking the lake.

Phenomenal panorama, sunny climate, exquisite cuisine and fabulous wines, Lake Como it’s now one of the world’s top Wedding destinations. It’s the third largest Italian Lake and on its shores you can find many picturesque villages, like Bellagio, Menaggio, Lenno, Tremezzo and Varenna, with their beautiful villas and gorgeous gardens. Thanks to its geographical setting and its mild climate, weddings can be planned from March up to October-November.

Nestled in the majestic Alps of Northern Italy, the breathtakingly lovely settings of Lake Maggiore is the ideal wedding destination! Ever since Queen Victoria stayed on its shores, Lake Maggiore has been a favorite destination with the British who have been enticed by its Mediterranean atmosphere and legendary beauty. Three isles make this destination unique Italy and Europe: Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Pescatori Island, they are Lake Maggiore gems and they can offer exclusive scenery. Lake Maggiore will astonish you with its romantic restaurants with lovely terraces overlooking the lake which offer you a candlelight dinner tasting the local fresh fish, handmade delicious pasta and the local wine.

Lake Garda is situated in the north of Italy and is the country’s largest lake, offering different scenarios: more mountainous in its northern part, more sea-looking at the bottom. Towns here are surrounded by gentle rolling hills with a lovely Mediterranean feel about them. Whatever you chose to plan a wedding in Malcesine, Lazise, Riva del Garda or any other beautiful town of lake, you’ll be sure to have it in a relaxing atmosphere, where locals are warm and where you’ll be not disappointed by food and wine!

Lake Iseo offers genuity and intimacy as well as spectacular natural beauties. Close to Franciacorta wine area, Lake Iseo is still an undiscovered pearl and far from mass tourism. Lake Iseo is full of fish which are served at restaurants all around its shores. It’s also a richly agricultural area, with small vineyards, allotments and olive groves stuffed with abundance. Ancient chestnut groves are found on the little Monte Isola’s slopes, in the middle of the lake. Further north, Sulzano is a smaller settlement which is a base for exploring the island; there are ferries plying back and forth making the five-minute trip.

Spreading from west to east in the Northern part of Italy, lakes have always been the preferred destination of aristocracy which built magnificent Villas.

Now available for weddings, big events or more intimate celebrations in their hidden gardens.
